8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 12oz tub of Cool Whip
graham cracker or chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and beat again until fluffy. Add peanut butter,
beat on high until very fluffy, Fold in Cool Whip until well blended.
Pour into crust and freeze for 20 minutes or until well set.
Store in fridge. Can be made ahead and frozen until needed-thaw
before serving.
