Created in 2016 by a group of oil company employees and African education charity Sabre Trust, the Monster is a triathlon with a big difference - it covers 550 miles over seven days.

Itinerary

You can tackle the seven-legged beast on your own - or as part of a team of between two and seven members. Come on, one day each already sounds a lot more manageable!

  • Sun 17 sept 5km Swim in Loch Ness (followed by transfer to Fort William)
  • Mon 18 sept Cycle from Fort William to Glasgow
  • Tue 19 sept Cycle from Glasgow to Carlisle
  • Wed 20 sept Cycle from Carlisle to Haydock
  • Thu 21 sept Cycle from Haydock to Kidderminster
  • Fri 22 sept Cycle from Kidderminster to Windsor
  • Sat 23 sept Run from Windsor to Richmond
