Sounds for the Easily Entertained is a small collection of .wav files, mainly cut from Jrock songs and sound clips. The point? There is none, except to induce unhinged giggling. I use them to make my computer make weird noises; see below for instructions on changing sound settings if you don't know how. I've cut most of these myself, those that I didn't were downloaded, or given to me, or ... something, aeons ago and I am buggered if I can remember where they're from. Feel free to use these for whatever, including Acts of Unspeakable Evil. (Just don't sell them, although ... why would you? ._.?) Please DOWNLOAD the files, rather than streaming them, as this is Geocities, after all, and you'll kill my bandwidth in, like, 30 seconds. Right-click and "save target as", (or the equivalent), to download. More will be added as I feel like it! :D

You can use these .wav files as sound effects for notfications and IM clients, among other things. (For example, currently, my computer beeps, sneezes, and moos at different events, yells "OHAYOU GOZAIMASU" when I log on, and says "seek no FISHU DANSU HOUAAAAH" when I have new mail! :D ) To change your computer sound effects, (for Windows), go to the Control Panel, go to Sounds and Audio Devices, and then select the Sounds tab. Most of what you'll want to change is in the first section of the scrollbox, called "Windows". To change AIM sounds, log on, and, depending on what version you are running, select either "Expressions" or something to do with sounds from the menu. For other OSes and programmes that support sound effects, there should be something sort of similar. Just play around. ♥
