| Demons attack us with things we cannt have and make us think God is stingy or selfish or lame but what we dont know is He does it for our own good because when we are faithful we will see true life..Sin usually starts with seeing the sin that makes temptation hard to fight...Like when King Solomon SAW the lady bathing and thought to himself "boy I sure would be happy to have her" of course when he did the deed it made him feel guilty because he sinned against the Most High..or when Eve SAW the tree and ate from it she ended up bringing death to her and Adam AND mankind...So it may look pleasant but doesnt mean it is good for you..If we can fight temptation the Lord will bless and reward us with great things far better than anything here on Earth..Just the fruits of the spirit are so wonderful that we would forget the desires of the flesh and be made into a new beautiful creation...I asked God in prayer one day to give me money and I recieved my request, however, not until later did I realize my prayer was directed by Satan because it led me to sin..Even the demons can guide your thoughts in prayer to make you fall into great sin and stress us into desperation so we will go to major extremes to get what we want..I believe the most popular method for a demon to destroy a man is to exalt him in ways of either knowledge, power,money, or whatever will make him be so full of pride and arrogance.. Even the apostle Paul had so many beautiful visions that God had to put a thorn in his flesh to keep him humble since God hates seven things and pride is one of them. |
