This is how I did it....

1.Type:(caption)and(/caption).Type something inetween the two captions

2.Type:(table border="1" width="80%" bgcolor="#00cc00")

3.Type:(td bgcolor="#ff0000")type something inbetween here.Type:(/td)

4.Cut what I typed above.Ctrl x is the quick way.Drag the mouse over the text and highlight it but backspace ff0000 and type 00ff00
