Projects
Mirror "I AM" Community Piece:  In the services on September 21st, attendees worked on a community piece where they glued colorful mirror pieces onto large wooden letters that spelled out "I AM."  By the end of the second service, the letters were pretty much covered with mirror pieces.  The letters are now displayed on the back wall of the stage.

Mural:
A permanent mural from Jenn's rose bush sketch now occupies the space on the curved wall (between the entrance to the Kid's Zone and the Crying Room) at the rear of the main hall.

Information Area: The area that formerly constituted the Baseball Diamond has been converted into a cafe style Information Area.  The area will eventually include bulletin boards with NEC information, a greeter to answer questions and a listening station, in addition to the couches, the tape table and food/beverage tables.

Message Theme Art Instillation: We put on display works of art going along with the overall theme of the current series.  Submissions have been made from group members as well as members of the community and have drawn rave reviews.  The works are displayed on the bulletin boards along the long internal wall, as well as the four piece dandelion installation from Advent 2003 that are hung along the long external wall.

Jesus Collague: We created a collague of the Jesus Statue in Rio de Janiero from photos of people from all around the world.  It currently is on display on the wall near the Crying Room.

Oragami Doves - Living Faith Visual Display:  This project started on March 23rd, 2003 when oragami paper was passed out during both services and in subsuquent weeks.  Community members will express their feelings, ideas, experiences, or thoughts about "Living Faith" in the manner of their choosing (drawing, painting, writing, etc.) on the paper, which will then be folded into the shape of a Peace Dove and hung from the ceiling.

Currently we have collected quite a substantial amount and are plotting the best approach to hanging and displaying them in the Information Area.
