Has mad cow disease driven you insane trying to find user-friendly meats? Here are some tips for yinging some yang into white meats like chicken and turkey.
- Serve with horseradish and cranberry chutney (separate or mixed together). Cranberry sauce also makes a sweet 'n tangy condiment which plays against the zing of horseradish well.
- Serve in salad with a homemade honey-mustard dressing. Toss in your favorite vegetables (carrots, sliced green onion, drained canned corn).
- Serve with your favorite bbq sauce or steak sauce and oven-baked fries or potatoes.
- Serve with pesto sauce over garlic-sauteed spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with your favorite grated cheese on top, salsa or guacamole, and a side of cornbread.
