| Some people call them gifts. Some call them hindrances. Then others, like me, call them special abilities. Now, what exactly am I talking about you are asking. Well, I am referring to the interesting quirks of me. I have the abilities to see, do, and sense things that not everyone else can. I'm not the only one in my family to have such abilities, actually, almost all of us have one or more of these traits that I will speak of. You can chose whether or not you want to believe me, but I know what it true. |

| Most people know what empathy is, although, not too many people actually experience it as strong as I do. I can feel others emotions and sometimes it can make me excited or even sick to my stomach. I can experience intense emotions ranging from love, sadness, hatred, etc. just based upon who I'm around. |

| Sensing the Paranormal |
| I have had this ability since I was a young child. Something traumatic must have happened because I shut down my senses when it comes to that. Within the last two years or so, I have come in contact with someone who has helped me open myself back up to them. I haven't always had good experiences when it comes to spirits, but for the most part, I'm not scared by them, not anymore that is. I can tell when they are around and when they want to talk to me. I have also acted as a sort of medium with some of my friends who had questions dealing with friends of theirs that have passed on. There are times when I feel this ability is a hindrance, but for the most time, it doesn't really bother me. Except when the spirits decide to wake me up or mess with me. There are times when my sisters and I have all experienced similar encounters all at the same time. If you want to know about some of those experiences, just ask. |
| Now, this one is a new one to me. I am working on developing this ability. As of right now, I am able to see the energy field around certain people, known as an aura. Auras have color to them in most cases, but as of now, I have only been able to see color on just a few people, like one of my nephews (he glows gold). |
| Dreams |
| Everyone dreams. It's just what you do with your dreams that matters. I dream in color most of time and in most cases, my dreams point me in the direction that my life needs to go. I have had premonition dreams before (which freak me out!). I believe strongly in the importance of the meaning of dreams. |
