| Nanny-On-Call is a network of screened, mature, professional quality Nannies working independently in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties in Southeastern NC since 2001. For THREE years in a row we were VOTED #1 Nanny Agency in Wilmington, NC by Wilmington Parent Magazine Reader's Poll. We are Wilmington's original Nanny and Babysitting Service!
Sheree Harrell, a 47 year old Wilmington native, is a Professional Therapeutic Parent and the network Director. Our agency is a member of the International Nanny Association, The North Carolina Foster and Adoptive Parent Association and the North Carolina Association for the Education of Young Children. You can reach Sheree at home at (910) 632-9454 or on her cell at (910) 232-8061. The mission of Nanny-On-Call is to provide the highest level of care available for your childcare budget. We continue to operate in the best interest of children and their families. ************************ Depending upon the needs of the family, child care can be provided in the family home with any number of children or in the Nanny's home with no more than two unrelated preschool children. The Nanny's hourly rates vary from $5 to $15+ per hour depending upon the qualifications of the Nanny and the location of the child care. Child care in the Nanny's home is usually less expensive than care in the family home. ************************ For On-Call Services, the family registration fee is $99.00. The Family also pays a "per use" fee to the agency of $12 per day or $99.00 per month for unlimited use of network Nannies. Our goal is to send your favorite Nanny to your home each time you call our agency. A Summer Nanny is only $499.00 and we can usually recruit the same Nanny each summer. Many of our Summer Nannies are certified teachers! ************************ For Traditional Recruitment Services, the family registration fee is $99.00. When you offer our recruit a position, the fee is $1199.00 for a full-time Nanny (35 hours per week or more) or $799.00 for a part-time Nanny (34 hours per week or less). We have Nannies ready to work right now, so the recruitment process may not be very long! ************************ Payment plans are available for families that need it. We have a 6 month replacement guarantee for all of our recruits. You may purchase a one year guarantee for any of our recruits for an additional $495.00 fee. We also offer our On-Call service free to families who recruit their nanny through our agency. ************************ Available services include: Traditional Full-time Live Out Nanny Recruitment with a one year replacement guarantee and payment plan; Hotel/Vacation Nanny; Teaching Nanny; Therapeutic Care under direct supervision of a local Therapeutic Agency; Emergency or Crisis care and 24 hour Respite. Full or part time; Long or short term; Private contracting; Monthly, weekly, 24-hour day options; County and State contract care is available under the supervision of a local nonprofit therapeutic agency for Level II care. Crisis Respite with a RAD Nanny is available privately with case-by-case pricing. Our mission is to prevent adoption disruption while honoring family privacy and confidentiality. ************************ In order to attract the best and the brightest Nannies, our nanny registration and portfolio development is free. Nanny-On-Call does not receive compensation from our Nannies or charge them job fees. Thorough background documentation will be required and references and qualifications will be verified. A nationwide criminal check will be done. Additionally, our nannies have confidence in our agency because we only represent families who we would personally work with. We also work diligently with our one year guarentee option to maintain the nanny placement for the families' long term needs and to avoid the "rotating door" of caretakers common with many childcare situations. The "rotating door" of caretakers for very young children may impact the child's self-esteen and ability to develop appropriate human bonds. While it may "take a village" to help raise a child, it is the consistency of their primary caretakers that will help the child develop with security and trust. ********************** Director Info: B.A. Psychology UNCW; B.A. Philosophy & Religion UNCW; FBI & SBI Fingerprints Approved. My recent certifications and/or trainings: Adult & Child CPR; First Aid; Medication Administration; Bloodborne Pathogens; Universal Precautions; Seizure Management; Model Approach to Partnership in Parenting (MAPP); General Therapeutic Training; Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD is common in adoptive placements); NC Intervention Part A & B. My home is inspected by the Fire Marshall and various child welfare agencies regularly. ************************ A local call in Wilmington, North Carolina: (910) 632-9454 |
