TEAM NISSANI NÓRWAY
In July 2007 We travelled to Sjoa in Norway.
An area typified by high mountains and waterfalls.
Paddling with me in Team Nissan were:

We were also joined for a couple of days by Tim, Max and Nick Leeds Uni paddlers.
Norway is regarded as a World Class Gnarl paddling venue with big volume slides and falls around every corner
The rivers we paddled in the Sjoa area included the Upper Jori

The Ulvaa
We travelled North up passed the Troll wall and up the Troll Steiger to get to the Val Dolar river.
The Upper Val Dolar has some excellent slides
We headed back to camp at Sjoa for the river festival
We enjoyed a fair bit of boating, meeting new paddlers, stopping off for coffee on road trips, partying, contemplating the gnarl and just enjoying the amazing beauty of the rivers and mountains.
In all an excellent trip, Norway is awesome.
