| 1.1 When first arriving in Vvardenfell, you have to go the Census and Excise office. When you get to the yard, take the ring from the barrel. When you get outside again, Fargoth will be right outside. Give him the ring, and head over to Arrile�s tradehouse. Go up the stairs and talk to Hrisskar Flat-Foot. He will tell you to find Fargoth�s Hiding place. Now, go to the lighthouse in Seyda Neen and go to the top. Now wait until 11 PM. Look of into town and you will see Fargoth with a torch. He will head into the small pond. After he leaves sight, go down and check both stumps. Some gold and the ring will be in one of them. Take it all.
