The house is built "Southwestern Ranch" style, constructed using sandstone.  It offers 1965 square feet of living space, plus an over-size 2-car garage.  The neighborhood is close to work, schools, and plenty of shopping.
Fascinating Fact:  Tulsa and Basements...
Why don't homes in Tulsa have Basements?  Well, according to the local Realtors Association, Oklahoma has very sand soil.  This causes houses to "settle" over time and often causes cracks in foundations.  Very few homes in Tulsa (we looked - maybe 1 in 200) have basements because with these soil conditions, basements tend to crack and leak.  A great idea if you always wanted an indoor pond, but not what most people enjoy cleaning up after a heavy rain...
