To be Rich and Smart you run the risk of being thought evil, bent, demented, megalomaniacal, and selfish.

Being Smart and Poor you would fall into that, "What happened to him?" Category. We all know it as the classic movie character who had all the potential but failed to have it materialize

To be Dumb and Poor is lucky in regards to the fact that at least you're too stupid to realize that you're poor.

And the final category is pretty self explainitory.
