"The Living One"--a new song, based on Revelations 1:16 - 18.

"He Reigns!"--originally appeared on houseboy of the mystery, and was re-recorded for seven x, the fell in love at 922 EP, and again for this EP.  Actually, the version on 922 is an identical reproduction of the version on seven x.  However, the version recorded on the trinity EP is new.

"Morning Star"--a new song, based on 2 Peter 1:19
In early February, 2000, the music leader at my church passed to me a fax he had received from Embassy Music.  Embassy was holding a nation-wide talent search, with entries due at the end of the month.  I was in the process of writing new songs and recording using my new digital equipment.  It seemed like a worthy venture, and so I put these three songs together, sent in a disc to Embassy, praying that God would use it as He wills.  I made a few extra copies--20 total--to give away to a few people.

I arrived at the title of the EP the morning I went to master the CD.  I realized that I didn't have a name for the EP, and the three songs on one disc sort of suggested the trinity title.

Update:  I did not win the contest nor was I a finalist.  In fact, nobody called expressing any interest whatsoever.  Nobody even gave me the time of day for this effort!  May God's Name be glorified forever and ever and ever.
