RP channel logs: Aran, Ordici

[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks around the broken city of Thalos.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan thinks 'What happened to this place?'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan walks out of the dead city and heads east down the dirt road.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan mumbles 'Of all the things I have missed on my journey, the Adventures Hall is one I miss most.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan continues to walk twords the rising sun as the birds begin to chirp.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'Damn, I had too much to drink last night... and damn Briana for dying.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan reaches a crossroads and looks to the north, and then to the south. Flipping a blood red coin, Ordici turns to follow the north road.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan continues to walk down the road heading North. Seeing a shady spot he decides to sit against the trunk of a tree and rest.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan mumbles 'It has been so long, would they even remember me?'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks towards the west, and remembers how things used to be.
[RP]: (Ordici Rhellan): As Ordici looks towards the north, he hears a commotion from some bushes to the south. Jumping up quickly, Ordici draws his rusty Rapier and sqaures himself in that direction.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'Ok, I know you are there, come out where I can see you.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says in a harder voice, 'Come out now, before I come in after you.'
[RP]: (Aran): A high squeak comes from the bushes, which suddenly give way to a wild pig, which runs headlong for Ordici, but runs straight past him and into the scrubs on the other side of the road.
[RP]: Aran walks out of the bushes.
[RP]: Aran says 'Hello, fellow traveller. Have you seen a pig coming by?'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'You seem to have lost your pig, neighbor.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan points to the north.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'He just ran that way.'
[RP]: Aran says 'well .. it's not my pig .. I was just trying to gather some dinner.'
[RP]: Aran says 'it's still quite a trip back to my clan hall, so I thought I'd stop around here for the night.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan gasps as he looks at the young Sendarian.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan stutterss 'You... you wear the mark of the Adventurers.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan sheathes his rapier as a painful look crosses his face.
[RP]: Aran nods 'You are familiar with my clan, I gather?'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan nods at Aran.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan whispers 'I knew them well.... until...'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan mumbles something under his breath.
[RP]: Aran says 'What is your name, traveller? If you are known with the Adventurers, I might have heard your name mentioned before.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan wonders if he should pronounce it, or just walk on.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan thinks 'It has been so long.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks quietly at the adventurer for a long time.
[RP]: Aran starts to get a bit uncomfortable by the stranger's long silence
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'I doubt you have heard of me... I am Ordici Rhellan'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks for a reaction in the Adventurer.
[RP]: Aran gasps.
[RP]: Aran tries to hide his surprise.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan shakes his head in despair.
[RP]: Aran says 'Well met, Ordici. My name is Aran.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'So I see you have heard of me.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan shakes Aran's hand, grabbing it by the arm.
[RP]: Aran says 'Indeed I have. Although rumours went that you had disappeared.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'Well met, Aran the Adventurer.., and yea, I had some things to... think over.'
[RP]: Aran says 'Several Adventurers speak highly of you. Refering to you as a lost friend.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan winces in pain as a tear falls down his cheek, catching in the scar on his chin.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'So, they do not condemn me then?'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan tries to read Aran's face, wonder in his eyes.
[RP]: Aran says 'If there are any that harbor ill feelings towards you, they hide it well. I haven't heard a bad word about you.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks at Aran shocked.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan wonders 'Is this man mistaken? Surely some of them must have disowned me.'
[RP]: Aran says 'They do say time heals all wounds. Things that happened so long ago could have been forgiven, if not forgotten.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan nods his head, tears streaming down his face.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says with wonder in his voice, 'You seem wise, for one so young.'
[RP]: Aran nods 'the monks in Seline have taught me more than just the art of healing in the 4 years I was with them'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks shocked
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'Yes, that will do it.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'So, where you be bound, Aran?'
[RP]: Aran says 'I am heading back to Camaar currently. I have some business to attend at the Adventurers Clan Hall'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan nods at Aran.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says a little nervously, 'I haven't been there for a long time... perhaps you would like some company?'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks shocked at himself for suggesting it.
[RP]: Aran considers the implications of bringing a long lost Adventurer to the clan hall when he isn't sure that everyone has really forgiven as much as they claim.
[RP]: Aran nods 'I would really appreciate your company on the trip.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks a little relieved and a little scared
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'I think I shall accompany you then.... and I hope Urmela doesn't hang me when she sees me.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'Then lead the way, my friend, I am sure that Maochro will be glad to see me.'
[RP]: Aran says 'It might be better if we struck up camp somewhere near. It's getting near dark and it's still about a day's travel to Camaar.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan looks around at the darkening sky.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'You might be right... perhaps we shall find a spot back here behind the bushes... I refuse to let Ran Borune steal more of my gold.'
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan winks at Aran.
[RP]: Ordici Rhellan says 'His rooms are nice I guess, but his prices are outrageous.'
[RP]: (Ordici Rhellan): Ordici and Aran go back into the bushes and find a pretty secure location to pitch their bedrolls for the night.
