Profile: Malrevon
Name: Malrevon
Race: Mallorean
Class: Grolim
Age: mid-twenties
Clan: None
Others: None
History:
Malrevon enjoyed a normal childhood in Mallorea with
his family, before his talent for sorcery was discovered. He was
sent to Mal Yaska, where his Grolim training began. While he was
away from home, his sister Yilanda was raped and murdered by one
of his father's men. His mother went insane, and his father killed
her before committing suicide out of shame.
He was sent to the West to speak to King Drosta lek Thun. He disguised
himself as a fur trader to learn about Nadraks. After some clashes
with guards while saving two Nadraks, he discarded the identity
and adopted another - Makoth, a temple guard. He joined Maelwys,
an Asturian 'king', and Rhanwyn, an Algar horsewoman, to hunt for
Maelwys' rogue kin controlled by Murgo Grolims. In a fight, Malrevon
lost his memory, believing himself to be Makoth. He travelled with
Alywin (alias: Pebbles), a Drasnian, for some time, and met Silver,
another Drasnian. She had been told some Malloreans were heading
south. With her help, they found Dronachus, a betrayed Mallorean
lieutenant. The two Malloreans were left in Tolnedra while the Drasnians
continued the chase. Pebbles and Silver returned with the rest of
the Malloreans, among them the betrayer Tolnar, and with the accidental
help of Malrevon extracted information from Tolnar. Dronachus returned
to Mallorea with the betrayers, while Malrevon met up with Kraash,
a Nadrak gold hunter, to search for gold veins in the mountains.
Malrevon now wanders in the West, aiding travellers in need.
Role-play:
Description:
A
man in his early twenties stands here, no discernable expression
on his face. He seems to be a mix of Nadrak, Murgo and Thull,
not
tall enough to be a Nadrak, yet not broad-set enough to be a
Murgo or a Thull. His bare arms are smooth and unscarred, and
his
grey eyes bear a peculiar mixture of sad innocence. A few tufts
unruly black hair poke out from under his fur cap, further
enhancing his boyish looks. His hand strays close to his dagger
often, and his eyes shifty, but this is not surprising behaviour
for a typical Nadrak man. |
