Falefa
apprentice at Harper Hall
15 turns old, Falefa is soft and round and pretty, a model of burgeoning womanhood. Her black hair falls in graceful waves to her waist, her eyes are large and liquid brown, and her figure threatens to explode out of her tunic, earning many admiring glances (and uncomfortable postures) from the Hall lads. She's not unaware of the looks cast in her direction, and if anything is inclined to play up to them. Falefa impressed a blue firelizard about 2 turns ago. Blue Haza is well behaved and likes to hide in his master's hair.

Hinapo
Instrument CraftMaster at Harper Hall
Tall and reed-thin, Hinapo has long straight blond hair and a pointy nose. He is in his mid fourth decade, and is married to Treena. They have 6 children aged from 2 to 10 turns. He's a family man with a ready sense of humor, and manages to combine family life with his mastery by dint of long practice and a firm schedule. Their dwelling is littered with various bits and pieces pertaining to his work, and the youngest child is already fashioning rude flutes.

Karida
foster mother at Harper Hall
Tall, dark and still attractive at 40 plus turns, Karida is a nice person. A dusting of tartness spicing up her easygoing personality prevents her from being a pushover. She's astute and giving, and has successfully fostered children both short and long term. Her current charges are a pair of girls (Trama -6- and Teriki-8-) belonging to Journeywoman Trika, who is currently journeying.

Kemlan
Master of Composition at Harper Hall
Kemlan is short and slim, a pure ball of energy. Never staying still, even while composing, this 42 turn old is always twitching or drumming something. As friendly as he is energetic, Kemlan is almost never seen without a smile, even if it�s a teary one when he listens to his compositions sung by the choir or a soloist. Master Kemlan�s plain brown hair is deserting an ever-increasing space on the top of his head, but that doesn�t change the sparkle in his eyes. From comedy to tragedy, Kemlan can add just the right harmonies and instrumentation needed to wring out every bit of emotion a piece contains. Terribly shy when it comes to matters of the heart, Kemlan has never married.

Lel
apprentice at Harper Hall
Kira's foster-brother. Tall and getting taller by the turn, Lel has brown hair that flops over his forehead, defying his frequent attempts to keep it out of his eyes. He has brown eyes too, and these are frequently alight. He has a forward and keen disposition, and is interested in everything, especially new equipment and ways of doing things, though he's not particularly focused. As he's been noted to need a mentor of sorts, Lel is currently under the watchful eye of Pleibo, however the senior journeyman is at a loss to guide Lel's obvious excess of energy. The instruments Lel has produced thus far are shoddy to say the least.

Michan
Voice Master at Harper Hall
Not quite 6� but possessing a noble bearing that makes him look taller, Master Michan�s thick and wavy silver hair sets of a pair of snapping muddy blue eyes. Years of frowning at apprentices and journeyman alike have etched deep lines into a once handsome face. Most of his joy left his heart when his daughter, Ymbria, stepped down from her position as top soprano at the Hall. His wife of 20 years left a few short months later. Despite his shadowed mood, he has an uncanny knack in digging out the best possible voice from those studying under him. Only the full notes of a pure voice can bring him any happiness, but a sweet soprano is a bittersweet sound and some wonder if he pushes his top singers so hard to punish himself with their success.

Radlun
journeyman at Harper Hall
With a mass of tight black curls, and dark eyes, Radlun�s wide smile sets everyone he meets at ease. A definite asset in any hold for his easygoing, diplomatic ways, Radlun has returned to the Hall to study for his Mastery. Still as friendly as usual, Radlun is highly focused on finishing his studies and returning to work in the holds.

Takha
journeyman at Harper Hall
Just short of thirty turns, Takha is not what you'd expect an archivist to be. Not that he has any choice in the matter, but he quite likes the job. He's outgoing and talkative, intelligent and good looking, and when he's not secreted in the archives room, he's usually holding court in one of the public areas, or in his quarters with some lucky female. He plays the gitar with flair, and has an interesting baritone voice, again not what you'd expect from his slender build. His hair is dark and curling onto his shoulders, though often tied back with a leather thong, his eyes are brown, and his eyelashes are the envy of many a girl. Bronze Darez is an incessant flirt, just like the man he looks to. The flitter 'sings' with Takha when he plays gitar and, as if Takha needed any help, he's always landing on some girl's shoulder.

Taye
apprentice at Harper Hall
Kira's foster-sister. A turn younger than her brother Lel, Taye may look similar with her long straight brown hair and warm brown eyes, but the resemblance ends there. She's tidy and solemn in appearance, takes her position seriously, and works hard. Her attitude to study seems to be paying off, with most Hall residents expecting her to walk the tables soon.

Trama

Trama is six turns of age and already has an extensive vocabulary, as anyone who talks to her will attest - that's if they can get away from her - she'd talk the leg off an apprentice. She is also possibly the nosiest child at the Harper Hall. She's currently fostered by Karida, as her mother Trika is currently journeying. Trama has tousled short black curls that frame her face, and innocent large brown eyes.

Treena
Master Hinapo's wife at Harper Hall
In her late 30's, Treena is as short as her husband is tall. She has light brown hair and warm brown eyes, and is as organized as her husband.

Zerrin
apprentice at Harper Hall
Zerrin is 13 turns of age and has constantly tousled light brown hair and washed out blue eyes. He's short and scrawny, always hungry, always eating, but never seems to put on weight. He's one of the cheekier residents at the Harper Hall, and frequently is to be found doing extra chores because he's been insubordinate to a senior apprentice or a journeyman. He just can't seem to help himself.
