Steps

1. Open your mirc Client if you have not it just try to download from link above (for Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT) :

    - Arizona - Download

    - California - Download  

    - DALNet - Download  

    - Australia - Download  

    - Singapore -  Download  

    - England - Download  

    - Germany 1 - Download  

    - Germany 2 - Download  

    - Germany 3 - Download  

    - Brasil  -  Download  

    - Chile - Download  

      Note :

The mIRC cabinets are named mirc59t.exe (32 bit, 1119232) and mirc59s.exe (16bit, 1054176). These cabinets are self-extracting executables. When you run them, the built-in mIRC installer will be activated and help you to install or upgrade mIRC. To get a fast and reliable download choose a location from the list below that is close to you. It really does not matter what download location you pick, all files are the same.

2. Try to run your mirc client by using your mouse (Double Click) or click your aplication mIRC client (mIRC.exe) then 
    hit ENTER.

3. Fill all yout mIRC Client Options such as Full Name, E-Mail Addess Nickname, and Alternative.

    Note : - For mIRC Client in Internet Cafe, if your server using wingate, maybe you must know your server local IP 
                Address ex. 192.168.0.1 or 162.168.0.12 and so on.

              - Try to fill your Firewall with your Server Local IP Address such as 162.168.0.12 ( Steps : File - Options - 
                 Connect 
              - Firewall ) and Check Use SOCK Firewall and use Protocol Sock5 depend with your wingate settings.

4. Then try to hit ENTER or Click OK your mIRC Client Options.

5. Type /server paranoia.dal.net please wait for a few more minutes your mIRC loading all data sunch as MOTD, 
    LUSER etc

6. If the step 5 Finished your mIRC client will display mIRC Channels Folders then try to type channel (type #karo ) 
    then Hit Add Button - Join, wait a few more minutes and you will see our channel chat server.

7. The End, have a nice day and enjoy your chat.
