| Once Upon A Time there was a little boy named Madison. Madison had a wish to visit castles, ride on magic carpets, and be surrounded by enchantment. With some help from his sisters, he decided to conjure up a little magic of his own. Morgan pulled out a big pot, Madison put in his wish, and Aspen sprinkled it with pixie dust. Then, together, they stirred it all up. Suddenly the stars began to swirl, music began to play, and dreams began to happen. They were transported on an amazing journey to Never Never Land, and once there Peter Pan whisked them off to the most magical place on Earth....DISNEYWORLD! Ok, so that is not exactly what happened, but we won't tell them if you don't! The actual truth is that we owe it all to the Make A Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Virginia. They are the ones who put together Madison's once in a lifetime wish and helped his dream become a reality. Some people say this is a trip that no one wants to earn. While that may be true, this trip has come to mean alot to us. It has given us something to dream about, and look forward to. When it is all over, it will remain a cherished memory of the week we spent with Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The kids have a special paper chain that adornes our living room window that helps them countdown the days. Madison talks one minute about the characters he wants to meet, and the next minute about how he doesn't want to get on the airplane. Morgan has been picking out which clothes she will take. Even Aspen has learned how to say Disneyworld. At various different times you will find all three glued to the tv watching the Disneyworld vacation planning video. To watch them in all their various states of anticipation, you will realize that they've all earned this trip. Madison made the wish, but three very excited children get to experience the magic. As our dream becomes a reality we will be adding more pages, in an effort to share the dream with all of you. Somehow I doubt you will truely see all the magic we feel, but maybe it will make a small dent in your heart and give you a renewed sense of spirit for childhood dreams, fairy princesses, and the unstoppable abilities of the Make A Wish Foundation.
