Notes: A charming Englishman arriving in Morgantown by way of India. Little is known about his past, save that he had something to do with the British Rahj and despises the native inhabitants of India. No one is sure why he arrived in Morgantown or how he apparently existed in the small city unnoticed for over a year. After appearing in a puff of mystery he quickly asserted his desire to join the Camarilla, and was even offered the post of Scourge, which he of course accepted. After all, it would be unseemly to deny ones duty to society, wouldn't it?
