Name: Alexander Pavlov
Player: Jordan Kael
Status: Acknowledged, Respected
Notes: A performing Malkavian that is well decorated, in more ways than one. His pantomime and masks cover a quiet ambition. There is little known about his history, some suspect, even by him. Often known to lament the lack of lunar visibility in Morgantown. Rumor has it he arrived in the city with two companions, all three of them bearing letters of acknowledgement from no less than Mithras, Prince of London.

Name: Oliver Neil
Player: Noah Kinderkinecht
Status: Acknowledged
Notes: Known as the most rational and the most dangerous lunatic in the city. Whatever madness may afflict Mr. Neil it is not an apparent one, save perhaps ambition if that were a disease of the mind. His mortal identity and affiliations find him heavily tied to the Pinkerton organization and various other forms of private law enforcement. He is known as a vocal opponent of the Prince's policy of no representation of the Malkavians on the Primogen council.

Name: Dr. Henry Argent
Player: NPC
Status: Acknowledged, Revered, [Final Death]
Notes: A greedy opportunist, and megalomaniac, Dr. Argent was never a stranger to scandal. During his two decades as Malkavian Primogen, Dr. Argent had involved himself, and thusly his clan, in several nefarious activities that left the already tarnished name of the lunatics in even more doubt. His final play for power was the infamous "Weston Sanitarium" incident, where he attempted to have the city razed by a small army of ghouled psychotics. He was put to death by the Prince the night the seige was to take place.

Name: Raymond Sutherland
Player: NPC
Status: None. [Autarkis, missing and assumed to have met Final Death]
Notes: Very little is known about Raymond Sutherland, except what some of the Malkavians present for the "Weston Sanitarium" incident recounted. He was apparently the unpresented childer of Dr. Argent, and his right-hand in the planning of the cities destruction. Slightly autistic, he still possessed a keen stratigic mind. He vanished into the wilds as soon as word reached the sanitarium of his sires impending destruction.
