Whomever decided to make us write in journals, dont let ur marijuana influence your decision! I mean, the homeroom class is stupid anyway, we don't grow emotionally, all we do is get an hour to flirt, and sit around. Its pathetic. Anyway. We are told to write usually half a page about some topic that the teacher just pulls out of the air like a bee. So we sit there, write, and basically are graded on some crap scale no one knows about. Its really annoying. Its a waste of time. A real journal you can write whatever you want without knowing for sure anyone will read it, but in school you can't put down what you really want to because the teacher would know. Often it just sucks. Journals are only hindering our self expression, not bringing it out!! stupid administration....
This note is about the security cameras. Oh yes, you are definetly promoting a safe environment. Everyone feels like they are being watched. I mean, one is right above peoples lockers! Instead of having cameras, why don't we just hire competent teachers who can make sure this stuff doesn't happen? It feels like a huge invasion of privacy and if we're on the topic of representing our school, it looks like our school has had a sudden black head breakout! Ugly little black bulges in the ceiling! People will think we're a bunch of criminals or something!
THE DAILY BLURBS ARE DRIVING ME NUTS! I mean its so repetitive, especially when the teachers read them. The whole thing is pointless, no one really even pays attention to it at all. Its just blah blah for lunch today the same CRAP food as always. BLAH BLAH computer lab. blah blah blah i mean y waste time typing up somethng that just works us into a boredom induced stupor. SO DOES CHANNEL ONE! Some teachers have come to their senses and turn it off, but others just think its the best thing in the world. its fricking annoying. stupid cue card readers. grrrrr.
Today in class we were forced to classify ourselves and others. I just want to say, this isnt right. Stereotyping people when we dont know their circumstance, how they really are, etc,its not right. Ignorance as an assignment? not cool. Classification is stupid. Why classify? Would a classification keep you from saving someones life? didnt think so. It just sucked, that assignment. What if we don't WANT to classify? What if we don't WANT to classify other people? I want to remain unclassifyable, thank you. So just cut it, truly individual people as we all try to be, we shouldn't label them. It demeans people.
