I liked this picture so much that I made 2 sets from it! This one and a side border set. This one has a little more to it for setting it up. It is a table layout with mouseover effects for the buttons. The coding for the whole page is included in the zip file as a text file for you to copy and paste into your own page and then just edit from there.
