Terms and Conditions
Prices are subject to change with out prior notice with the sole exception of reservations. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. A 25% deposit is required to reserve the reptile(s) you want at a prearranged price. If I do not produce the reptile(s) that you put a deposit on, you can either have it refunded or you can ask me to roll it over onto the next breeding season. If I produce the reptile(s) that have been reserved, the deposit is non refundable.

If for any reason you do not like your purchase, you have 48 hours to notify me of it if you want a refund. You will have to send the snake to me first before I refund your money. If you find that I have missexed the reptile, feel free to e-mail me and I will gladly take the reptile back and replace it with one of the desired sex.

If you find a reptile of comparable quality elsewhere for a cheaper price and bring it to my attention, I may consider lowering the price on the desired animal.

Payment is due in full before a snake is to be shipped. I will accept a money order and personal or business checks. However if you pay with a personal or business check the snake(s) will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Make all checks payable to: John Veazey or Buddy Veazey. I do not take credit cards at this time. However, I will eventually start accepting credit cards so check with me on this.

I reserve the right not to sell to individuals who I believe may not take care of the animal(s) properly. I love these animals and do not do this for profit. I do not expect to get loads of money from breeding reptiles. Any profit that is made will go towards the care of my reptiles and perhaps new ones.

I will ship feeding records and other relevant records plus a caresheet with any purchase you make.

If for any reason a snake dies during shipping, bring this to the attention of a carrier representative or other suitable employee immediately and notify me immediately as well. For this reason, inspect your purchase at the airport or wherever. As of now, I still need to become a certified shipper for any airline. When I do, you will be free to ask me to ship through Delta Airlines. This way a snake will be fully insured for its proper value. If this situation happens, your claim is with Delta, not me. I will also ship by UPS. These two options are the only two I feel comfortable with.
