As far as the components go, everything
was easily and readily available except Q3 (2N4250) & Q5 (2N4036).
I ended up using a Fairchild PN4250 for Q3 and found some 2N4036's
at my local surplus store. Here are some pics of NTE replacements,
as well as pinouts:
