Geomancers are Monks, but they are far more magicaly oriented than regular monks are. Instead, they harness the power of Feng Shui to discover the world's lines of magic and Chi, and bring themselves into harmony with the world. This harmony is powerful, and it allows them to draw many connections and bring forth special energies that others do not have acess to.
Geomancers join SeeD for diverse reasons, generaly to explore the possibilities of junctioning. Not so much the power one gains from the attached Spell Matricies, but instead simply to gain a greater understanding of Guardian Forces by joining with them. SeeDs also travel to all parts of the world, and this is valuable for Geomancers. So far, few have joined, but there is no specific order of Geomancers to forbid them from signing up, instead, dedicating oneself to Geomancy is more of a personal journey. While this makes them technicaly much more unfettered than Monks or Samurai are, most Geomancers choose a fairly asthetic life, lest they loose the all important harmony they seek.
SeeD mostly uses Geomancers in investigative and defensive capacities. Their abilities make them very useful for solving mysteries, gathering information, and setting up wards and the like. So far however, there just aren't enough Geomancers to give them any kind of hard and fast role one could say is typical.
When adding points to attributes, Geomancers may put their primary and secondary points wherever they wish, as long as they do not exceed their maximums.
