When you're young, life has it's ups and dpwns, People can push, and people can drag you around. When life has no meaning and all you see is shit, Then get ready to say your goodbyes 'cause... Life has no meaning when your young, Sometimes your bell just never gets rung, Hold your hand on your heart, and don't let go, Never say yes, just always say no. Mum always told me to play it cool, And tell all guys to go to hell. Otherwise they'll take you for a fool, But they liked it when I rung their bell. | Now you're no longer here, Silence is substituted with tears, Laughter is now filled with sorrow, And I no longer look forward to a new tomorrow. I remember the times when I stood by your side, Full of happiness and full of pride, But your soul will always live on, In the hearts of everyone. No-one got a chance to say goodbye, And even now I wonder why. Nan wanted to have you by her side, Now you no longer need to hide. You will be missed forever and a day, Because you wee suddenly snatched away. We all know you love us Sue, And everyday you know we love you too. |
| I wrote this for my auntie Sue who died on May 5th 2002. I only saw her a week before and if I wouldn't have gone to the market that day the week before she died then it would've been 6 months that I hadn't seen her for before she died. She was a lonely soul and kinda the black sheep of the family but she would give her last �1 to anyone if she could. I miss her loads but she's not hurting anymore. |
