Death has come in his silk black shroud; Death has come for Animasity's crown; Death has come for the child killing sinners; Death has come for the wraiths that wither. All in the end Death strolls away, and leaves the Devil to fight another day. |
| A sharpened arrow, A Devil's scron. For the little princess that left him torn. He sets aside his shroud self pity, and thinks a while very intently, of all the things now in the past the kisses, the hugs, the pain, the laughs. He sets aside the memories old, and stalks the princess to her abode. Wher she sits and waits in the garden alone. For she has no clue her time has come; she lifts her head to the sky above and watches the twinkleing stars so high. He has his target in sight, the head, the neck, the chest, who knows...He puts his arrow upon his bow; aims fast, and lets it go. The dangerous bolt flies through the night, and hits the neck to the upper right; not a shriek, a scream, a whimper; just a stare at the Devil who killed her, who she loved once so dear. He comes closer and kneels by her side, licks the blood off her lips, and shuts her dead eyes; giving her a kiss as he starts to cry. For now that she's dead, he hates her no more; he forgives her in death, and loves her even more..... |
