Morbius
Morbius is a rogue Time Lord who was eventually executed by the other Time Lords for his crimes. However, his brain (and hence his mind) survived and were rescued by Professor Solan, who planned to resurrect Morbius. Solan planned to use the Doctor’s head to allow Morbius to live, but when this failed, he created a body for Morbius out of dead aliens. Morbius sought out the Doctor, which culminated in a battle of the minds. Morbius lost this battle, and was driven over a cliff to his doom.
