A neonatal ultrasound service is provided in the linked paediatric department of the Queen Mothers Maternity Unit. Responsible for the Urology Haematuria "One Stop Clinic" held in the urology department. Responsible for the ABPI (Ankle/Brachial Blood Pressure Indexes) of patients pre and post angioplasty. Rotate through the Coronary Catherisation, Angiography and CT Department and participate in the on-call service. ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES In 2007 I was involved in the transfer from E-film to Kodak Pacs as part of the National Pacs programme where Kodak will provide both system and software to facilitate efficient management of patients images and data across Scotland. I was appointed a key operator for Kodak Pacs within Yorkhill. In March 2001 I was involved in the transfer to a new purpose built hospital. PACS was introduced hospital wide and the the PACS network was the largest to date in Europe, covering three hospitals within the county. I was involved in the management of the transfer of ultrasound machines to the PACS System and subsequent integration with the RIS System. I was also appointed a key operator for the new Kodak Computed Radiography (CR) System. Assisted in an audit on the usefulness of Bladder Scanning for Prostate Assessment patients.
