Materials
Required:
o
10 chocolate buttons
o
baking paper
o
small plastic bag
o
plastic egg
o
little chicken
o
small clear cellophane cake bag
o
scripture card or sticker – Easter
message
o
ribbon
o
small metal bowl & suitable bowl
to sit it in
Instructions:
1.
Place
chocolate buttons in metal bowl, pour boiling water into 2nd bowl
and allow chocolate buttons to melt.
2.
Spoon
melted chocolate into plastic bag; snip off a corner of the bag to create a
small hole to squeeze chocolate through.
3.
Squeezing
the chocolate create little designs on the baking paper. We have made crosses and hearts, symbolising
the cross Jesus died on and the love he has for us.
4.
Leave
chocolate to dry – should only take 10 mins.
5.
Place
chocolate decorations in cellophane bag.
Put the bag, chicken and scripture inside the plastic egg and tie with a
bow. You could include a personal note
for your child or loved one.
