Master Bedroom: Is about 12x15', has a private master bathroom with full tub and shower, has a queen sized bed pictured above.

There are two small bedrooms upstairs, they're about 10' square, one has a pair of twin sized beds, the other has a full sized bed. Both have windows facing west.

Downstairs Bedroom: The finished basement has a full sized pullout bed as well as a futon and bunk (not pictured). This is a fantastic place to sleep during the summer as its naturally cool down there. |

Loft: The loft has a comfortable full sized futon, my favorite bed in the place, the loft also has a lazy chair with a twin sized futon mattress that can be used to sleep an 11th guest. |

Port-a-crib: A portable crib is provided, bring your own sheets. |
