Lodge Meetings
Lodge meetings are held on the first and third Thursday at 7:30pm. These meetings are open and the membership is welcome to attend.
POOL TOURNAMENTS
We will be holding pool tournaments every month on the second Saturday at 7:30pm. Please arrive by 7:00pm to register. The next tournament will be held on the 13th of August.
District Meeting
District meetings are held on the first Sunday of every month. The next meeting will be held August 7th in Lowell. You can show support for your Lodge and your District by attending these meetings. The District has a traveling trophy that goes to the Lodge with the most officers and members present. Starting time is 1pm. The District meeting for October 2nd will be hosted by the Charlotte Lodge.

Women Of The Moose
We have received word that W.O.T.M. is a GO. As of the Convention held in Las Vegas last month the requirements for W.O.T.M. has been changed. We now only need 25 ladies instead of 50 and the requirement of "member affiliation" has been dropped. We are looking at a August or September time frame to get their charter going. As soon as we know more everyone will be contacted.
Membership Campaign
Hurry, get your coat before it's too late!!! Sign 5 new or former members between May 1, 2005 and April 30, 2006. Sign 10 and your lady will receive the same jacket.
Euchre Tournament's
Tournaments are held every 2nd and 4th Thursday. Starting time is 7pm, plan to arrive a few minutes early for registration.
Thank You's
Marilyn Butler donated a U.S. flag and staff to be mounted on the building. This addition is something that I have felt a need for since becoming a member. In the near future my hopes are to purchase a lighted flag pole and have it erected in the area between the drives.

Congratulations
Congratulations are in order for Ron Smith Sr. for winning $500.00 in the Cash Bash held by the Lansing Moose Lodge.
Congratulations are also in order for Dan Black Sr. earning his way into the 25 Club. Dan now joins Buster Edgerly and Ron Smith Sr. in this club of distinction. Ask any one of them how you can earn you place in this club.
In Our Thoughts
Marge Bishop has entered the hospital for a stent, she is doing fine. Joyce Haga will be going through gallbladder surgery on the 27th of July.
T.I.P.S. Training
We are making a list and checking it twice. We need a few more volunteers for T.I.P.S training. We would like to get at least 6 people total which should allow us to host the training here at the Lodge. The Lodge will pay for this training in return for your tending bar at least once every 3 weeks. Call or stop by the Lodge and let the bartender know that you would like to be added to the list for bartender training. We will notify all participants of the date(usually a Saturday) and time.
Price Change
We held out as long as we possible could, some prices will be going up on the first of August. Beer prices will now be $ 1.75 except during "Happy Hour"(4 to 6 daily except on Dinner nights) at which time they will be $ 1.50. BBQ Rib Sandwiches will jump a dime to $ 2.00, we've eliminated the Chicken sandwich. Liquor prices will remain the same as before.
