She gave me the recipe, so, now, I make it myself.
By sharing this recipe with others, I have discovered that it's widely known, a favorite of many, and served in nice restaurants, such as Sleepy Hollow in Oklahoma City.
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
-Sift together into a large bowl.

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
4 T. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. water
-Combine in saucepan,bring to rapid boil,
pour over flour/sugar mixture, stirring well.

1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
-Add to mixture, mix well.
Pour into a greased pan 16"x11".
Bake 20 min. at 400 deg.

ICING
--------
1 stick margarine
4 T. unsweetened cocoa
6 T. milk
-About 5 min. before cake is done,
mix, bring to boil, remove from heat.

1 box powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
-Add to hot mixture, beat well and
spread on cake while it's still warm.
