As I have said before, I love to cook and during the years I have develope some easy methods for it. This page will start my hospitality dish/es (very special) and I hope you will be able to enjoy it as much as I did during preparation.
CHEESE BALLS
1. dill cheese ball 2. garlic cheese ball
Dill Cheese Ball 500 gr' white cheese (up to 30% fat) 3 tablespoon chopped dill 50 g' butter (room temperatue) 100 g' fetta cheese (crushed)
Garlic Cheese Ball 500 g' white cheese (up to 30% fat) 2 teaspoons minced garlic 50 g' butter (room temperature) 100 g' blue cheese 1/2 teaspoon white paper
METHODS The preparation for both balls are the same. Mix all ingredients to a separate ball. let stand for 1/2 an hour. Spread food wrap to the bottom of 2 bowls, fill in the mix, cover and refregirate for 3-4 hours.
Spread tray with flowery / curled lettuce, take off the food wrap and turn over the cheese on the lettuce. You can decorate the cheese balls with red pepper, thin chopped green onions, nuts etc.
*** you can replace garlic and blue cheese with red sweet paprika (1 tablespoon) and cheddar cheese (100 gr') |
