A well draining terrestrial mix such as equal parts of
peat, loam and sand. |
| FERTILIZER |
A balanced mix such as 18 18 18 or 20 20 20 feed weak
weekly (1/2 or 3/4 teaspoon) during the growing season. During
the rest of the year no fertilizer is needed. |
| POTS |
Deep plastic pots are recommended with a good amount
of drainage material at the bottom. |
| NOTES |
At times I see Spathoglottis primary hybrids for sale
from the Hawaiian growers. Species adn primary hybrids are all
that is available because of breeding problems. The primary
hybrids are grown the same as the species. |
