In Memory Of A Friend

But why him?
Everyone was asking the next day.
But now there's no hope, no way
You'll come back from the dead.
Friday the thirteenth
I never believed in that superstition,
Until you were gone
You had finished your mission.
Never will I hear your laugh again
Or have you tease me or pull my leg.
And never again will I see your smile
Or your shining eyes.
I still can't believe it,
You didn't deserve it.
Why is fate so cruel?
Friends tell me you're better off
Cause this world is a struggle,
But whatever they say it won't get any better.
It will never be the same,
Whenever I hear your name
My heart is filled with pain.
I ask myself questions
But I'll never get answers.
Would you know me if I die too?
Would you still be the good old friend you used to?
Whatever the answers I know
That wherever I am, wherever I go
I'll never forget you.
