Moonstar Harpers Clan
A clan of Dragon Court 2
 | The Moonstar Harpers were originally founded in Faerun, but a realmswalker travellor found a portal and thus wandered into Dragon Court. They told tales of this group and carried a charter of their ideals. Winterheart Oathblood and her foster sisters were so impressed with these accounts that they decided to create a clan order of the Moonstars to aid and protect the Monarchy of Dragon Court. |

One sagely member of the group has also located one reference to this Elven term in Amagal's Tome, an ancient elven text of an earlier civilization, kept in the 'Lore Crypt' by the Mystic Loreteacher (Fred). In that usage, the term Tel'Teukiira refers to those who: "will come hidden and in many guises and faces. They dwell in shadow and speak in omens, yet they shall bring about waking dreams and save us from the Three Threats Who Wait in Darkness, the Prefects, and ourselves." No one within the group claims to know what this means, although many suspect the Mystic Loreteacher knows and is being typically closed-mouthed about it. |
