Kinly was always a quiet, mousey type of girl. She was very smart, and very shy. She kept to herself and didn't have many friends, and preferred to sit by the fire and read a book. Sometimes the other kids would tease her- because her dream was to become a dragonrider. And come on now- she wasn't really dragonrider material. Chubby, quiet, and not an outdoorsy type of person. Everything she knew about dragons and riders, she knew about from reading it. But it was her dream, and she was determined. Personality: Iphyth is much more outgoing and excitable than Kinly. She is also much more spontaneous, much to the rider's chagrin. The dragon is slowly but surely bringing Kinly out of her shell- forcing her to meet people and open up. Curious folks have thousands of questions about Iphyth and being a rider, and with her well-researched knowledge base, Kinly is perfectly qualified to answer the questions. But it is Iphyth that forces her into the public spaces where this can all take place. Iphyth is ready for anything, anywhere, and is usually triumphant if Kinly balks at the idea.
