Personality: J'haya is forever cheerful. Always looking at the bright side, always smiling, always a pleasure to see. Verilee calls her "J'haya the Jubilant." She is extremely patient. She is always willing to go out of her way to help others- very often she will put others' comfort over her own. She would give a stranger the shirt off her back- if she wore clothing, of course. Nobody has ever encountered such an embrace as J'haya did when she found her way to Moonsong. Their savior. A tawny angel. Verilee had received word of the arrival- the community had been falling over itself in preparation. They gave her Glade residence number 2. Children decorated it with wreaths of wildflowers. Of course, nobody knew whether or not a Dragon would enjoy staying in a cottage.. But they figured it was the kindest gesture they could manage.

J'haya settled into the community immediately. She found a kindred spirit in Jesiya, the town's physician. She helps him with minor heals, and he gushed over her magic talents. Her unyielding good will and positive outlook was contagious, almost eerily so, and babies crying with fever would giggle and coo when the dragon was near.

J'haya has also become the welcome committee for dragons entering Moonsong. She and Verilee work together to find residences for unpaired dragons, and prepare the residences for rider-and-bond pairs returning home.

Personality: Ess'dny is always excited, upbeat, outgoing and cheerful. She is chipper and perky almost to a fault- some do not appreciate her excessive good cheer, especially first thing in the morning before they have had their coffee. But nothing ever seems to bother Ess'dny, and she always tries to do something good and positive.
