| Everyone knows Bob Barker is the coolest man ever, if you don't, well you just suck! Some people may think that Bob Barker is a supply company who sells products to prison and other detention facilities, which it is, but that's not what I'm talking about. Bob Barker is the host of the best game show ever, The Price Is Right, and has been the host for 29 years. The Price Is Right is the longest running game show and most popular daytime game show ever! Bob Barker might seem like just some old guy who hosts a cool game show, but he's not. He is a huge animal rights activist. He has turned down commercials becuase the product was tested on animals, protested, donated money, and even quit hosting the Miss USA pagent because they used real fur in the prize package. Bob is the founder of DJ&T which is a foundation dedicated to controling the dog and cat population. Bob has been in movies, well one, Happy Gilmore where he faught with Adam Sandler. Bob practices karate and his first instructor was Chuck Norris. Bob has traveled all over the world and is a Civil War buff. Not bad for some old guy. Bob was born in Darrington, Wa, but spent most of his childhood on the Rosebud Indian reservation where his mom was a teacher. After there move to Springfield, Mo where he attended high school, Bob went to Drury college on a basketball scholarship. When WW2 came, he became a Navy fighter pilot, but the war ended before he could fight. Bob hosted many radio shows, including The Bob Barker Show in LA. Bob was given the job on the game show Truth Or Consequences after the shows originator heard him on the radio. From then on Bob was famous! Bob has been given 14 Emmy awards including the Life Time acheivement award. He has been in the Guinness Book of World Records 2 times, once for being "Most Durable Preformer" doing 3,524 consecutive shows and "Most Generus Host In Television History" gving away over $200 million dollars. Bob has been named one of the 10 Best Dressed Men and in 1998 stage 33 was dedicated to Bob, a first in CBS history. Now having done all that, plus have a bunch of girls on your show named the Barker Beauties and having Rod Roddy as your announcer, makes Bob Barker the coolest man ever!
