The confrontation: It's 9:00am, and everyone is still in bed. At 10:00, Mel gets up but disappears back to bed. Darren surfaces at 10:55am. Makes a drink and starts tidying up the house. Darren then does the battery changes beginning in the girls room.
Darren describes to Anna and Nichola how he went through Nick's bag, and that he had found stuff in it. Nichola said. 'What the hell are you on about?' Nichola is the last person to find out what happened the night before. Anna said, 'We'll wait to see what he has to say first'. Turning to Darren she said, 'Don't have a re-think'. Then she said, 'No one in this room has seen the names'. Nichola said, 'Who's the person who told Craig about it?' Then Nichola said, 'It must have been Tom'. Darren went into the Diary Room.
Mel said, 'No votes were changed'. Anna said, 'He is going to get the shock of his life'. Nichola said, 'He hasn't looked me in the eyes all week'. Then Mel said, 'He's a pathalogical liar. He's been talking to Tom and not to me. I'm gobsmacked'.
11:50am, Nick gets up.
Mel said, 'I think Craig will be fine but, Darren won't be. Let's see what he's got to say'. Anna said, 'Yeah!'
Everyone gathers around the table.
Anna said, 'Are you ready everyone?' Everyone said, 'Yeah!' The meeting begins.
Anna said, 'I think we are becoming a bit slack. We have no motivation, we all seem bored. We need to set some tasks of our own and be more creative'. Darren expresses concerns regarding dinner times. Nick wants to work on a play. Mel said, 'I'm feeling stagnated'.
Craig then said, 'I've got a very important thing I want to bring up. Everyone should be aware of it. It's everybodies concern. I'm very sorry I have to say this Nick but, I'm very disappointed in yourself. I not only feel, but I have evidence that you have been plotting a very dirty plan to get everybody in here to vote against each other and, divert it from you'.
Nick said, 'That's absurd Craig'.
Craig said, 'You may think this is absurd but I have a few facts here, and there are a number of people sat around this table, who have come to me over the weekend, and have basically said, that you have came to them with pieces of paper with various names on it, i.e. my name on a number of occassions. I have witnessed you giving me a piece of paper with names on and so have various people around this table. If they want to say anything they are free to'.
Anna interrupted Darren to allow Craig to carry on
Craig then said, 'What disappoints me the most Nick, is how you can be so two faced'.
Nick said, 'If this is true'.
Craig said, 'You know it's true. You have sat and blatanly had a one-to-one conversation with me making arrangements for the future. How we can meet up with Tom after the show's finished. I want to ask you Nick how can you do it. Knowing full well that you have passed paper around to various people on this table in a conspiracy to get me out. Don't think I'm getting paranoid or upset about being nominated out this week You're wrong. I don't feel that. I feel that everyone in this room is strong enough to make up their own mind. I feel that I was fairly nominated in this week. I don't know the reasons but everyone is entitled to vote and the vote was done fairly. I can not understand, and please explain to me what you are playing at, what's your motive'.
Then Nick said, 'Craig, you've made a number of wild accusations over the last few weeks and you know again when you accused Caroline of drinking too much'.
Craig tried to interrupt him then Anna said, 'Let him finish'.
Nick went on to say to Craig, 'We've all been told not to discuss nominations and you told me who you had voted for this week'. Craig said, 'No I didn't'.
Darren said, 'What is this he says about you showing names, is that true'. Nick said, 'Not it's not'. Darren said, 'Oh!'
Tom said, 'You've shown me names'. Mel said, 'You've shown me names'.
Darren said, 'Nick hasn't shown me any names have you'. Nick said, 'No'.
Anna said, 'Have you shown Melanie any names?' Nick said, 'Yeah! I have'.
Nichola said, 'Have you shown Tom names?'
Craig said, 'What name did you show Melanie?' Nick said, 'I can't remember'.
Anna said, 'Can you explain your actions?'
Nick said, 'I've had various discussions with people in this room and people will back it up. It may seem strange but I had a vision of Thomas jumping up in the air the week before. Only I just had, regardless of the piece of paper, I had to act on it'.
Then Anna said, 'So have you given these names before nominations or after?'
Nick said, 'Before'.
Anna said, 'You have shown people names before nominations. What was your motive for doing it?'
Nick said, 'In retrospect, of course, that was a mistake but, this was well before., even just after a person has gone. I showed the names'
.
Anna said, 'Why did you show the names?'
Nick went on to say, 'It's been missinterpretated'.
Anna said, 'Why did you choose the people that you chose?'
Nick said, 'There are some people you share things with and some people you don't. Some people might take it the wrong way'.
Mel said, 'It's not really a vision, 'cos you are showing different people different names'.
Nick said, 'No. That's not right'.
Darren said, 'So, you show people the same 2 names?'
Mel said, 'I get the feeling it's not the same 2 names'.
Nick said, 'Yes. It is'.
Mel said, 'I got uncomfortable about it and spoke to Big Brother'.
Darren said, 'It is the same 2 names'.
Nick said, 'Yep'.
Mel said, 'So, you show people the same 2 names before nominations'.
Nick said, 'It's not like it's an hour before. It's well before'.
Anna said, 'Nick, that is against the rules. That is like telling them who you want them to vote for. That isn't allowed, and you have just admitted it'.
Tom said, 'I haven't followed your route plan. You have given me names and indicated that you wanted me to vote for them'.
Mel said, 'And you've done the same to me'.
Tom said, 'I never realised it was on such a scale until last night. I find it very disappointing'.
Craig said, 'You have told me that you see me, yourself and somebody else in here'.
Darren said, 'Right'.
Nick said, 'I told Darren I could see the final 5'.
Anna said, 'You told me you could see me in the final 3'.
Tom said, 'You're vision is, of everyone here you can see someone jumping up'
Nick said, 'What I said to you Thomas was, I could see you winning it'.
Tom said, 'I find that very disturbing'.
Darren said, 'You are seriously writing down names and showing people names'.
Craig said, 'I said to Big Brother in there, that I feel a fool. On one of those pieces of paper, there was a name on it and I voted for that person for my own personal reasons. I don't want that person to think that I was weak enough to be lead by you'.
