Heart-shaped Yorkshire puddings: 10:05am, Anna gets up and puts the chickens back into the coop.
At 10:40am, Mel gets up. Anna said to Mel, 'I hate those chickens'.
Anna said, 'This is the pits. 10:55am and I'm having a fag'. Mel said to Anna, 'Why do they ask about nominations in the Diary Room?' Anna said, 'I think we can talk about nominations now because we don't have anymore'. Mel said, 'That video last night was an appauling joke by Big Brother. Even Darren and Craig were pissed off'. The video was crap. It put me on a downer'. Anna then said, 'At least it sent us asleep. I don't want to do anything until we have heard the nominations'. Mel said, 'That video made me feel like not doing the task. We wasted 4 hours of practice time on it'. Anna said, 'Fuck 'em'. Mel said, 'Yes. That video was shit'. Mel then said, 'Did you hear Darren impersonating me saying I'm coming into season? Made us sound like horses'. Anna said, 'Yes. We are coming into heat. I got bored with it after a while'. Mel said, 'Yes. Big Brother was just having a laugh at us'.
At 11:00am, Darren gets up.
Mel said, 'Bollocks. I didn't get any washing-up-liquid out of the store room'.
11:45am, Mel is practicing the unicycle. At 11:50am, Mel said, 'My body aches all over'. Darren said, 'So does mine'.
11:55am, Mel is reading her book. Darren, Craig and Anna are in bed.
At 12:35pm, BB announces that Nominations will be in half an hour.
At 12:36pm, Anna gets up. 12:40pm, Darren gets up. He said, 'Fucking hell it's freezing'. Anna goes in and wakes Craig up.
At 12:50pm Darren is in the hot tub.
Craig said to Anna, What time did you get to sleep?' Anna said, 'Before you'. Craig said, 'Really? I went to bed and fell asleep right away'. Anna then said, 'That video had that effect on people'. BB asked Craig to put his mic on properly as Nominations were going to be announced in 5 minutes. Craig held his mug up to the camera and said, 'Cheers to Bobby Davro. You gave us the best nights sleep we've had'.
At 1:05pm, Nominations are announced. Darren said to Mel, 'How are you feeling?' Mel said, 'I'm fine'. Darren said, 'I'm very excited, whether I stay or go. I imagine seeing my kids regardless. I've got an adrenalin rush and I can hardly speak'. Anna said to Darren, 'Are you feeling ok?' Darren said, 'Yeah'.
The housemates are discussing the benefits of sending kids to nursery school. Craig said, 'Nurseries are good for kids'. Darren is talking about his 6 month old daughter playing with sand. He didn't like the idea of it. Apparently the teacher said, 'It's touch, feel, taste'. Darren didn't realise it had a section for handicapped children downstairs. He went back upstairs and spoke to the teacher. He then told how he took his daughter out of the nursery school, and then felt that his daughter didn't need to be taken away at 6 months.
At 1:35pm, Darren was called to the Diary Room. Mel is reading.
1:40pm, Anna is practicing her juggling.
At 1:42pm, Darren emerges from the Diary Room. Darren said, 'I've asked for my kids and brother to come down'. Craig said, 'Does that include you twin brother?' Darren said, 'That's if they haven't disowned me'. Craig said, 'They were probably cool until they saw me sucking your toes'.
At 1:45pm, Mel is called to the Diary Room and emerges at 1:53pm. Craig said, 'Come and tell us how you feel Mel'. Darren said to Mel, 'How do you feel?' Mel said, 'Excited and nervous. it's the unknown'. Craig said, 'It would be interesting to see the regional voting. I bet there is a lot of voting on the Internet'. Mel said, 'I'm dying to see human beings'.
At 2:05pm, Mel is in the bedroom reading.
Mel said to Anna, 'It wasn't unexpected. I can't even think what to say'. Anna said, 'Say nothing. Just be yourself'. Mel said, 'It's good. I feel fine. I'm going to see my pals. I'm so nervous'. Mel then said to Anna, 'How did you feel?' Anna said, 'The whole thing is unbelievable. The day is so long, waiting for the results'. Mel said, 'I hope I'm not out but, if I am there is nothing I can do about it, but I hope I'm not. I feel sick. I'm going to faint'. Anna said, 'I know. You don't know what to think'.
At 3:00pm, Darren said, 'Me and Craig are cooking tonight'.
Mel was speaking to the camera. She said, 'We will make you a cup of tea and put it outside for you. Then we will all go into the bedroom for a few minutes so you can get it'. Mel then said, 'They must be bored'.
At 3:40pm, Anna is practicing the unicycle and Craig is juggling.
Craig goes to the Diary Room. He emerges with a message from BB about the chlorine levels in the hot tub being neglected.
Anna was practicing the unicycle. She said to herself, 'Lean forward, wiggle and go'.
At 4:45pm, Mel is on the unicycle.
4:50pm, Mel and Anna are reading and Craig is washing up.
5:15pm, Craig said, 'Where did all those dishes come from?' Anna said, 'Cheers Craig'.
At 5:20pm, Mel is on the unicycle again. At 5:23pm, Mel said to Darren, 'One more minute and this little shit is all yours to beat up'. At 5:25pm, Darren is on the unicycle.
Anna said, 'That's what we will have to do tomorrow. Stand away from you and sing, give it to me baby'.
From 5:30pm - 7:00pm. I had problems with the computer.
At 7:00pm, Craig is holding the unicycle up to the camera showing the wobbly seat.
At 7:05pm, they are all sitting down for their evening meal.
Darren said to Anna, 'We made heart-shaped Yorkshire puddings for you and Mel'.
Mel said, 'That video was insulting our intelligence'. Craig said, 'It may have been good in the '80's'.
Darren said, 'If Big Brother asked you to strip in the Diary Room because he felt like it, because he wanted to perv on you. Would you?' Anna and Mel said jokingly, 'Yes. There isn't much they haven't seen'.
Mel is talking about the unicycle. She said, 'I can do about 4 seconds every 4 attempts'.
Darren said, 'If you got out of here, what actor or actress would you like to go out with?' Anna said, 'Mel would like Jeff Goldblum' Darren said to Anna, 'Who would you like to go out with?' Anna said, 'Pam Ayres'. Everybody laughs. Darren said to Mel, 'Say when you get outside, Jeff Goldblum is there waiting for you and asked you to go away for a passionate weekend. Would you?' Mel said, 'I wouldn't even notice him. I'd be too focused on my family'. Darren said to Craig, 'Who would you like?' Craig said, 'Demi Moore'. Craig then said, 'Say you've met all your family, had a hug and that, and you are at the after show party. If they came up to you then, would you?' Darren said to Craig, 'Yeah. Say Demi Moore came up to you and said here's my room number. Would you go up and see her?' Craig said, 'I'd take her room number and probably give it to my mates'.
At 7:15pm, Mel is practicing the unicycle. They are having trouble with the unicycle. Darren is trying to fix it. Darren is going to see BB about it.
8:45pm, Anna is practicing her juggling. Then Mel practices the juggling and the unicycle.
At 9:10pm, Mel is practicing the tightrope. She keeps falling off. Anna said to Mel, 'Just get across the rope. Stop messing about. Just do it'. Mel said, 'I can't. I can't do anything. I can't do the juggling. I can't do the tightrope walking and I can't do the bike'. Darren said, 'I think I'll fail the unicycle'. Mel said to Darren, 'You can't. We are counting on you'. Mel said, 'I will fail the juggling. If I practice the unicycle, I'll do it'.
Darren said, 'Big Brother has taken the unicycle away for the night'. Mel said, 'Maybe they will put the task back until 6:00pm'.
They are all moaning about their stinky feet. Anna said, 'I can see my stinky feet'.
At 9:45pm, Craig and Mel are practicing the juggling. Mel said, 'I loved this task. Then realised I couldn't do any of it'.
They have a battery change at 10:30pm.
At 10:40pm, Mel, Darren and Anna are playing cards. Craig is reading.
Mel then said, 'When I wake up in the morning and my fear of juggling is gone'.
11:00pm, Mel is practicing her juggling and the tightrope.
At 11:08pm, Mel checks out the garden and waters it. Mel practices her juggling in the garden.
Darren is reading in bed.
At 11:45 Mel and Anna are in bed. The sound is terrible. It is going up and down like a rollercoaster. To make matters worse, they are whispering and it is pouring with rain. You can only catch odd bits of the conversation. They talk about nominations. Anna said, 'It must have been 3, 2,2. One of them must have voted for a guy and a girl. They are so limp'. Anna asked how Mel was. Mel said, 'I feel fine, absolutely fine'. Mel then said, 'I think I'll be sick'. Anna said, 'How are you going to approach the next few days?' Mel said, 'I don't think I can think about it'. Anna said, 'Just get on with it. Be yourself'. Mel then said, 'If I be myself, I'll be happy. When I'm happy I enjoy myself. Get the task over with and I'll be happy. If I'm here for the final week, I'm not going to smoke'.
Things get decidedly worse from now on. They are talking about Darren. Anna said, 'Darren asked me why do you think people nominated me. I told him because people have changed. Relationships with people have changed in the last few days. I think he is shocked he is nominated'. Mel said, 'I can't believe I'm here'. Anna said, 'I know. I know. I thought I'd be out the 3rd or 4th week'. Mel said, 'I thought I would be first week'.
Anna asked Mel who she had voted for. I thought Mel was just listing the people she had nominated but, she was listing combinations of votes. They talk about Caroline's 3rd nomination. Mel said, 'I thought she couldn't be nominated a 3rd time'.
They are moaning about the bruises on their legs from practicing the task. Anna said, 'That's a minging bruise'.
Anna is reeling off a list of relatives and friends. They are talking about a huge party at the end with the production team.
At 12:30am, it is raining really hard now. Anna is making a cigarette.
At 12:38am, Craig is on the tightrope and having a go at his juggling.
At 12:40am, Craig is getting ready for bed. Darren wakes up. Craig said to Darren, 'I want to get up at 8:30am tomorrow. Have a hot tub and start on the task at 11:00am. I've got loads to do'. They both say good night and settle down for the night.
Mel is talking to Anna about some people she has chatted to via e-mail. Apparently, Mel has had some strange e-mails.
At 1:00am, I thought they had settled down for the night. Then Marti22 told me Anna and Mel were whispering again. I went back to have a listen. You couldn't make out much of the conversation. They were talking about Nick and Tom and other housemates. Mel said that Nick made her really paranoid, and Anna said that someone pissed her off. It was a real pain to make anything out. In the end it gave me a headache straining to try and hear what they were saying. In the end I gave up on it.
