Later that evening: Someone said, 'Claire has to come back for the last show'.
Mel said to Anna, 'Sometimes I go to see Big Brother about nominations and how I think it will pan out. I also talk about who's going will affect me most. I ramble a lot about why I don't want them to go. It's a plea in a round about way. Today I felt guilty that I haven't been in'. Anna said, 'It's gonna be so quiet in here'. Mel then said, 'The music was terrible last week as well. Plus they are making more fuck ups as well. I went to pot'. Anna said about Claire, 'I might ask for her toothpaste'. Mel said, 'I might ask for her shower gel'. Mel then said, 'It'll be great if all 4 of us are up next week. If anyone will be nominated it will be me'. Anna said, 'I'm just tense all the time. Every minute. It's just unbelievable. Except when I'm doing something. I hate it'. Mel went on to say, 'The last weeks are gonna be the most difficult though. It can be really trying'. Anna said, 'It will be fun if we each have a day to entertain'.
Anna is tapping out a drum like beat. Anna is playing the guitar now and Mel is on chopsticks.
Mel said, 'I'd like to ask Claire who she thinks is gonna win'. Anna said, 'Ask her'. Mel said, 'The first week when Sada was nominated, she was saying is it me? Is it me? Looking all weepy. She [Claire], is so relaxed and we're thinking she's got to pack'.
At 10:00pm, the crowds are turning up. You can hear them shouting. Next thing, BB calls them back in. Craig said, 'Spoil sports'.
Claire is in the shower. She returns to the bedroom. She then said to Darren, 'Thanks for the t-shirt'. Then said to Mel and Anna, 'Shall we do Claire lays on the bed and chills, while you pack for me?' The girls agree and start packing. She is leaving one of her books for them to read. Claire said, 'I'm offering you stuff and no one is taking. If you find any of my stuff'. Anna said, 'Yeah, we'll send it on to you. They've got your details'. Claire said, 'If you wanna come visit me after I say horrible thinks about you. No, it wasn't that bad'. Anna said to Claire, 'Are you nervous?' Claire said, 'No. Bubbling. I'm ready to walk the walk of shame'.
At 10:25, Claire is getting dressed. Anna said to Claire, 'Have you got a pouch for your mic?' Claire said, 'No'. Anna said, 'You'll have to tuck it in your pants'.
At 10:35, Claire was called to the Diary Room.
Darren asked Mel to explain the difference between saturated and unsaturated fats. Anna has a hereditary cholesterol problem that she has to take medication for. She will have to take tablets for the rest of her life. Anna, Darren and Mel are talking health matters and cheese. Darren exclaims, 'I'm cutting down on cheese big time'.
11:00 show: They show Claire leaving the house, to be greated by Davina and her Mum and Dad. She greets Craig's family. Then goes into the studio. She had a small interview with Davina. Claire didn't disclose a lot. She just said that nothing would have happened between her and Craig, she just saw him as a mate. Davina asked if she thought like Nick that Anna had a hidden agenda. Claire said, 'No. She's a really nice person. If she does, she managed to pull the wool over my eyes. She seemed like a really nice person'. They showed some clips of her time in the house. The crowd outside were cheering Anna and booing Mel. She disclosed that her and Craig wiped their bums on Darren's pillow and that Craig has other things in store for him. They brought on her step-mum and new baby brother Josh. Then Davina finally asked her, 'Who would you like to see evicted next week?' Claire said, 'Mel'.
Later in the house: Craig said, 'I've got the new record. I've survived 3 nominations'.
It's 11:55pm, and Anna is playing her guitar.
They have lost a pen. Darren said, 'It's not like we are gonna do a Nick. Big Brother has done a search for a pen twice'.
Craig said, 'BIg Brother asked me how I feel. That I've been up 3 times and not been voted out? I said overwhelmed'. Mel said, 'The public love him'. Darren said, 'We don't really know'. Mel said to Darren, 'Kill joy'. Craig said, 'People have spent money in one persons favour. I'm fully aware that you all nominated me last week and expect to be this week. One side of me feels unwanted and the other side of me thinks it's just a game show. Now it's so close to the end, it's personal and we need to justify reasons. If anything is annoying you, I'd respect you more for telling me and I'll be grateful to you. If need be, just pull me aside and tell me'.
They discuss their shopping bill.
Mel went to bed at 12:45am and Darren is reading his book in bed.
Craig is discussing the last show with Anna about the structure of the show. Craig said, 'I'm missing the laughs I had with Claire'. Anna said, 'Do you think you would have clicked with her the most?' Craig said, 'It wasn't a fancying thing. Not a come on. There was nothing serious. I'm sure nothing would have happened. I miss her for the wind ups. We've all been in here a long time now'. Anna said, 'Well, she got us marching around on the 2nd night. I couldn't have done that. Came in here and been so confident'. Craig said, 'It's because she knows what's going on out there doesn't she'. Anna said, 'She was perfect'. Craig then said, 'Claire told me that she would have felt quite bad if I had to leave and she didn't. I felt more confident this week. The viewers might have thought that I had put up with it here longer'. Anna said, 'It's like a soap opera. People don't like the new person for ages'. Craig said, 'The worse side of it could be that they are fed up with me and, they see the new person on the block as bringing fun to the place. Nichola had had enough but she wanted to stick it out. It's sad, sad, sad'. Anna said, 'It's only a game show'. Craig said, 'I had to laugh about Nick but still think of what a big effect it had on us'. Anna said, 'As more time goes by, all I can think is silly man. It doesn't matter what we do this week. People have chosen a winner. Even if we stay in bed all the time'. Anna then said, 'I said to Mel, I feel a winner is chosen. I'm not worried about outside now. I feel ill every day. Everyone knows what's going on and we don't. I didn't want to see the programmes at first. I do now, to see how I'm portrayed'. Craig said, 'I can't wait'.
They continue discussing how much is being shown on TV during the week. They are talking in terms of time on the Internet as well and how many hours have been shown.
Craig said to Anna, 'I thought the last few weeks would go quicker. The first few were over powering. Too much was going on at the same time. How are you feeling? Do you have mixed emotions?' Anna said, 'I've found it tough emotions going up and down. I looked forward to leaving. It's not such a bundle of laughs' Craig said, 'If either you or I get evicted next week, we'll one of the last people in'. Anna said, 'Being the last person would be brill'. Craig said, 'They should let the last 3 people have a means to writing down how they feel. I can't see what harm it can do'. Anna said, 'It's not been easy for anyone'. Craig said, 'Caroline had it hard in here. All the behavioural stuff was a front. She took it to heart'. Anna said, 'She hated it'
Craig and Anna talk about Anna's next trip to Ireland for a relatives wedding and her job. Craig natters about his marquee business.
Anna went to bed at 1:40am.
Anna said to Mel about Craig, 'He's not cocky as in cocky hard'.
They are both whispering. I can't catch too much of it again.
Craig is in the kitchen tidying up.
It's 1:50am and Darren is off to BB. He then goes back to bed at 1:52am.
Anna is talking to Mel about Caroline going through all sort of emotions while she was in there. Anna said, 'Craig should be thinking at this stage, fuck it. I don't want to get all nicey, nicey. He knows I've nominated him in the past. I don't want to be bull shitting. I've seen bull shitting'. Mel said, 'Craig doesn't need bull shitting. I feel angry not guilty'. Anna said, 'He doesn't like some of us. He said he's told it all to Big Brother'. Mel, 'Yeah, I guess'. Anna said, 'We focused on Claire today. He was fine with that. The fact we were trying to pick her up. The reason being that she was going to be evicted tonight'.
2:05am, Darren is in the bathroom cleaning hs teeth.
Craig is tidying the lounge and kitchen. The noise that is being created by the tidying up has completely blotted any of the conversation that I may have heard between Anna and Mel from now on.
2:40am, Craig went to bed.
