dubs versus subs: the endless debateI'm sick of hearing crap about how much better subs are then dubs, and then other people being like "wah wah you're just an elitist asshole otaku, wah wah", etc etc. this really gets annoying. because at the beginning of it all, DUBBING VERSUS SUBBING IS JUST AN OPINION! Just because it is your opinion, doesnt mean it is right, so stop forcing your opinons on others. I don't care if you like dubs more than subs, or the other way around. As long as you aren't making me watch the one I don't like, then fine by me. Because really, I'm sure people wouldn't have an issue if the over-bearing otaku wouldnt say "dubs are the root of all evil!" Yes, that is just an opinion, but that can be insulting to those who disagree. And personally, if they just took it instead of making a big stink, I wouldn't care half as much. But since all around there are sites against otaku who complain about dubs, you otaku think you can tone down the dub-hate a tad? Thanks a bunch, ^__^. Oh, by the way, I personally like subs more. They're not *better*, just... I like them more. XD. And not just in Japanese anime-- in all foreign films. Why isn't important, since it's just a personal preference, but I'll let you know that my reasons have nothing to do with "screwing up the meaning of the words", "ruining the anime", etc etc.
