Moon Magick

WAXING MOON:   This phase is from new moon to full moon.  This is the symbol of the maiden Goddess.  The phase corresponds to spells that focus on all things new.  New beginnings in love, health, ideas, work and school.  It enhances spells used for increase and attraction.  If a binding must be done, this is the best lunar phase for it. (14 days)

FULL MOON:  This phase is the symbol of the Mother, the Goddess in all her glory.  Strength power, healing spells and protection are the focus of this phase.  Also a good time for divination. (6 days-3 days before & 3 days after)

WANING MOON: This phase is from full moon to new moon.   This is the symbol of the Crone.  The focus of a wanning moon is divination, banishing, releasing, wisdom and removing negativity.  Spells for closure and cleansing are enhanced during this phase. (14 days)
