Black Lady is am evil form of Rini from the end of R.

She was created when the Wiseman/DoomPhantom took advantage of Rini's negative thoughts and brainwashed

her into believing that her parents didn't love her, and that nobobdy cared,

which obviously (to viewers) wasn't true.

Then he gave her a shot of the dark crystal's energy and she started using Luna-P

for evil purposes (well, the Negamoon's purposes. Which are evil.).

Eventually, the Sailor Scouts pulled her away from the Negamoon's influence,

and she returned back to her normal, lovable, Rini-named self.
