The sea and river patrol
| You go through the blue door and come into a large room. Most of the animals there are otters, but there are some water voles and others too. In the far end of the room is a massive pool. Next to it you see the scroll. Trying to avoid splashes from the frolicking otters you come up to the the saturated parchement. |
