1. It can take up to 2 weeks to a month for me to create a custom layout. If you have ordered one, please do not e-mail me constantly asking when it will be done. I will notify you as soon as it is ready.

2. I reserve the right to refuse to build you a custom layout, although this probably will never happen!

3. Pre-made layouts will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as I recieve your order.

4. Prices vary depending on how long/ how much work I put into making the layout. The more expensive the layout, the more complicated (and usually impressive) it is. Prices will be determined before I build the layout so there will be no surprises!

5. Support after you recieve your layout is completely free of charge. If you have any problems/ questions don't hesitate to ask!

6. Layouts are send as zip files, so make sure you have winzip installed on your pc. You can download it from here.

7. Before ordering a layout make sure you read the details so you know exactly what you will get and how the layout is made.

8. Layouts are non-refundable so make sure you want to purchase beforehand!

9. Finally there are no ads what-so-ever on your layout, but a link back would be much appreciated.
