Well, the other day I was searching the web for some ideas of jokes to play on my friend's locker. I was most terribly disapointed in the lack of sites for this sort of thing. 'Course, I didn't search very long, I got distracted by all the joke sites.... Any way. Since I couldn't find a site, I decided to make my own. If you don't like it, make your own.

For the Arachnephobic friend: Get some of that fake spider web, some rubber spiders, and his locker combo..... Extra points if you can manage to get the spiders spring loaded.
Put Saran wrap across the inside of your victim's locker, leaving an inch or so of space at the top. Fill the locker with packing peanuts. Or ping-pong balls. Don't blame me.
Get one of those giant inflateable rafts that you just pull a string to inflate. Put the raft in your soon-to-be ex best friend's locker, with the string attached to the door. That way, when he opens the door, the raft will inflate, leaving him with a raft and no where to put it.
Put an inflated hammer (the kind you get at fairs) in your "buddy"'s locker, leaning it against the door so when she opens her locker, it will bonk her on the head. My BFF thinks this would be funny. I'm not sure why. I worry about him.
Take white plastic forks and dip the tongs in fake blood, or color the tips with a red marker to get the "dripping with blood" look. Tie them up with fishing wire in someone's locker. Hmm, maybe that was a bit too "inside joke-y" for the average person.
